★★★★★
Four winters in and the Ledger Coat still looks like it did on day one. Sent it back once for a button, got it back in a week.
M. Alavi — Toronto
★★★★★
The Harbor Boot broke in exactly the way the size guide said it would. First pair of shoes I've resoled instead of replaced.
J. Okafor — Lisbon
★★★★★
Ordered the scarf expecting a gift, kept it for myself. The dye lot note inside felt like buying from a person, not a warehouse.

The Elite standard

We make fewer things, and stand behind all of them.

Elite started in one workshop with a simple complaint: most goods are built to be replaced, not repaired. Every piece we sell is made in small runs, by named ateliers, from materials we can trace to source — and every piece comes with a lifetime repair promise, not a warranty with an expiration date.

Before you order

Questions, answered

How does sizing run?

True to size across outerwear and footwear. Each product page carries a garment-specific measurement chart taken from the sample, not a generic size chart — when in doubt, size down for the Ledger Coat and true to size for the Harbor Boot.

What does the lifetime repair promise cover?

Structural repairs on anything we've made — resoling, relining, hardware replacement, seam work — for as long as you own the piece. You pay return shipping; the repair itself is free.

Where is everything made?

Across six partner ateliers in Portugal, Northern Italy, and Japan, each specializing in one material — wool, leather, silk, or brass. Every product page names its atelier.

How long does shipping take?

3–6 business days domestically, 7–12 internationally. Complimentary on every order; customs duties, where applicable, are covered at checkout.

Can I return a repaired or worn item?

Unworn pieces within 30 days, yes. Once something's been worn, it moves from the return window into the repair promise instead — that's the trade we'd rather make.
